I’m Paige and I kind of adore stories. (j/k… I freaking LOVE stories!)

Funny stories, scary stories, dramatic stories, fantastical stories, love stories… you name it, I probably like it.

I enjoy reading stories, listening to them, watching them on TV or at the movies, and most especially… I enjoy writing them. In fact, I began writing them about 11 years ago. I was 35 when I decided to begin writing for National novel Writing Month (NaNoWriMo) and I haven’t looked back since.

I’ve slacked off at times but I haven’t quit.

This blog began almost 7 years ago, as a means for me to review books both for my own reference and amusement, and hopefully for others to read, if they so chose. (If they also enjoyed the stories, that was just a bonus for me!)

However, I fell off the book review bandwagon a couple of years in because I just couldn’t bear the thought of spending so much time writing reviews when I could just… be writing!

Ya know? Yeah… you know.

So I write. Sometimes a lot and sometimes, not so much. But I keep plugging away, and after entering a couple’a’few writing competitions and receiving a ton of great feedback, I’m feeling more confident than ever that I can do this writing thing.

So thanks to those who have always been there to support me. Thanks to those who have jumped on my little one-horse cart of a bandwagon at my request. You’ve thrilled me with your support and kindness. And finally, welcome to those who may just be popping in for one reason or another.
